DVD Express Package

The DVD Express Package includes:

  • duplication and photo-quality thermal color printing of 1 batch of DVD-R (single layer),

  • color jacket (laser-printed one side),

  • standard black DVD case (Amaray),

  • assembly and cellophane overwrap.

Standard Case

When the DVD first appeared, it was packaged in what is known an Amaray case. This packaging format has stood the test of time and fashion. It continues to be the preferred choice for producers and distributors of video products. It can be easily stored and can accept various types of booklets and printed materials. A classic that doesn’t go out of style.

The DVD Pro Package with Standard Case includes:

4-Panel Digi-style

In a short period of time, Digi-style packaging has carved out a place for itself among disc packaging options. Made of printed cardboard and using a thin plastic tray to keep the disc in place, Digi-style cases are virtually unbreakable. The basic model provides 4 printable surfaces and a transparent tray to hold the disc.

6-Panel Digi-style

The 4-panel format’s big brother. It provides 2 additional panels to further customize your contents. Folds up like a wallet. The disc tray may be placed on any one of the inner surfaces.

Windowed Envelope

The paper envelope protects the disc from finger prints and possible scratching during handling. A good part of the printed disc face can be easily read through the window. This is an economical solution that provides minimum protection for your disc.

The DVD Pro Package with Windowed Envelope includes:

  • reproduction and 5-color CMYK printing (silkscreen or offset) of 1 production lot of DVD-5, (single layer),

  • one white paper envelope with round window, no printing,

  • pre-press material, production dies and molds,

  • insertion of disc into envelope.

Made entirely of card stock, this package provides 6 printable panels for documents, photographs, credits and any other additional information that you wish to present. The disc is inserted into the right-panel sleeve and the entire package is shrink wrapped.
